Day 6 Talent, a subsidiary of Day 6 Agency, is dedicated to empowering music artists, actors, public speakers, and other public performers to shine on stage and captivate audiences worldwide. Day 6 Agency founder, Patrick Hess, leads the team at Day 6 Talent. He has partnered with some of the entertainment industry’s successful professionals to assist in providing the best advice and opportunities for our talented roster.

An Indiana native, Patrick has been a singer and stage actor since 1981. He has spent decades honing his craft of performing as a singer and theater actor, public speaker, stand-up comedian, and pastor. Earning his first Best Male Actor Award in the first Off-Broadway run of “The Scarlet Pimpernel” (Oct 2001) where he played the lead Percival, with a posh British accent to join his character’s French alter-ego. After a successful professional career in Sales and Marketing within the automotive manufacturing industry and conducting business in 27 countries yielding in over $160M in gross sales, he started his own professional marketing agency in 1999, Day 6 Agency. He expanded the business multiple times and most recently officially launched Day 6 Talent as a subsidiary. Having guided his own son, Spencer Kane (Hess), into a Billboard ranked and multi-award winning music artist and TV/Film actor starting at just 13 years old, he eventually took on multiple indie music artists under another DBA called Day 6 Management (now called Day 6 Talent). He launched a successful record label, and co-owned a national music tour, featuring 6 artists, for three years. His primary career as a marketing consultant has yielded many additional talents in audio and video production as well as a lengthy resume of digital and social media marketing accomplishments. He is self-taught in graphic design, and code-level web development having created over 120 sites for brands like Rubik’s Cube® and TV commercials for Bed, Bath, & Beyond as well as Chevrolet. Initially diving into the professional entertainment industry in 2011, we have managed and guided the careers of over 12 music artists leading to industry awards and public fame and success.
